1 Scope of the contract
The following conditions regulate the contractual relationship between the seller ConTex GmbH and the respective buyer in our online shop. Information on the right of withdrawal can be found under the Right of Withdrawal tab. After conclusion of the contract, the buyer also receives an order confirmation with instructions on his right of withdrawal and information on how he can exercise it, e.g. using the sample withdrawal form included in the withdrawal instructions.
2 Youth Protection Notice
By accepting the terms and conditions you confirm that you are of legal age. The retailer only enters into contractual relationships with adult customers.
The customer confirms that he or she is at least 18 years old when submitting the order. The customer also confirms that the information he or she has provided regarding his or her age, name and address is correct and he or she must ensure that only he or she or an adult authorized by him or her accepts the delivery of the goods.
If minors place orders using false information or without the permission of their adult, authorized representative, the dealer hereby revokes these contracts as a precautionary measure in accordance with Section 111 of the German Civil Code (BGB). If the dealer becomes aware of an order that was placed using false information, particularly age information, the dealer reserves the right to initiate criminal proceedings in addition to revoking the order in accordance with Section 111 of the German Civil Code (BGB). For minors who place orders using false information, the adult authorized representative is liable to the dealer in accordance with the statutory provisions for any damage caused by all orders placed using false information.
3 Prices
All prices quoted in this online shop include VAT. The prices refer to the items shown in our description, but not to the contents or decoration. For deliveries abroad, you may have to pay additional taxes (e.g. in the case of an intra-community purchase) and/or duties (e.g. customs duties) in individual cases, but not to the seller, but to the responsible customs or tax authorities there.
4 Inspection of the goods
As a consumer, you are requested to check the goods immediately upon delivery for completeness, obvious defects and transport damage and to report any complaints to the seller and the freight forwarder as soon as possible. Your warranty claims remain unaffected. If you are a consumer, the risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the item sold during shipping only passes to you when the goods are handed over to you, regardless of whether the shipment is insured or uninsured.
5 Shipping costs
The shipping costs are not included in the purchase price; they will be shown separately during the ordering process and must be borne by you in addition.
6 Shipping methods
We send our goods as registered mail or as a small package/parcel with ???Deutsche Post / DHL???. Shipping abroad International orders must always be paid for by credit card, PayPal or in advance. The shipping costs to the respective country must be requested separately, unless they are already stored in the online shop.
7 Delivery times
Orders are dispatched on the same day if possible. Cash on delivery/credit card: 2-5 working days, advance payment: 2-5 working days after receipt of payment. Delivery abroad 7-10 working days. We reserve the right to make partial or replacement deliveries, subsequent deliveries are postage free.
8 Payment methods
We offer a range of payment options. The payment option can be selected during the purchase process. The goods are generally only dispatched after receipt of payment. 1. Payment via Paypal 2. 9 Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
10 Invoicing and purchase contract
The purchase contract is concluded when an order is submitted using the “order with payment” button in the shopping cart menu. The invoice is issued immediately when the order is submitted. The invoice is stored in the customer account when the order is submitted and is also sent to the buyer as an email.
11 Warranty & Limitation of Liability
Despite comprehensive checks, it cannot be completely ruled out that defects may occur in our products. In this case, we will arrange for a repair (repair) or delivery of defect-free goods (subsequent delivery) free of charge within the two-year warranty period, at your discretion. If this measure is unsuccessful, you can choose to change the purchase contract (cancel it) or reduce the price (reduce the purchase price).

We would like to point out that all of our artworks, designs, texts, images and photos are produced with great effort and are subject exclusively to our copyright. Please understand that any misuse can be prosecuted legally.
13 General Conditions
By placing an order you accept our terms and conditions. We reserve the right to make changes of any kind. While stocks last! Errors excepted! Reduced items or second-choice items are not eligible for refunds. The place of performance and jurisdiction for registered merchants is Zweibrücken.
