General return policy
If an item does not fit or you do not like it, you can of course return or exchange it. Simply use the packaging we sent you.
Please also note the following information:
Returns & deadline
Returns or exchanges are possible within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
We provide a return label for returns:
- Germany: 3.90 €
- Austria & Netherlands: 9 €
- Rest of EU: 12 €
- Rest of the world: Please contact our customer service at: hello@weener.shop
Conditions for returns
In order for us to accept your return, the following conditions must be met:
- Items must be in their original, undamaged packaging.
- No signs of washing or use.
- Labels/tags must be undamaged and not removed.
- No stains, hair or odours.
- Socks and boxer shorts must be in their original, sealed packaging.
Please note: If items are damaged, worn or returned in unsuitable condition, we cannot issue a refund. All returns are carefully checked upon receipt.
Refunds
Refunds will generally be made to the original payment method used to pay for the order.
If the order was paid for in full or in part with a gift card, the refund will primarily be made to the gift card.
Processing and refunds can take up to 10 working days, depending on the return time of the shipping service provider and processing in our warehouse.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Exchanges
An automated size exchange is available for customers from EU countries and can be conveniently processed via our returns portal.
If, in exceptional cases, an exchange is not possible, you will automatically receive a refund to your original payment method.
Defective or incorrectly delivered items
If you have received a defective or incorrect product, our customer service team will of course cover the return shipping costs after reviewing the individual case. Please contact hello@weener.shop for assistance.
